Technical training preferred and a positive work environment. **JOB PROFILE** **Assembler** **Location:** Industrial plant – Lurín (Sumacpacha) **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Assemble and fabricate metal structures according to manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and established procedures, ensuring product quality, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with safety standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications. * Assemble and fabricate metal structures in accordance with drawings and established procedures. * Verify dimensions, squareness, alignment, and leveling of components using measuring instruments. * Prepare and stage materials for the assembly process. * Report any deviations or issues identified during the assembly process. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **Education** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Production Mechanics, Metal Construction, or related fields is preferred. **Experience** * **Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembler in metalworking companies or metal structure fabrication firms.** * Experience interpreting manufacturing drawings. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. * Operation of oxy-cutting equipment. * Experience assembling heavy metal structures. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Quality orientation. * Organization. * Proactivity. * Compliance with safety regulations. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Timely payments. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
