Positive organizational climate **Cleam SAC**, a leading company in the environmental sector, is looking to incorporate a **Collections Assistant**, oriented toward payment monitoring and tracking. **Work Location:** San Miguel **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:50 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. **On-site work** **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute customer collections according to billing guidelines and reports. * Record and monitor daily income received. * Prepare and send service settlements to customers. * Coordinate with the billing department to ensure proper invoice registration. * Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable tracking and payment follow-up. * Prepare income reports and collection forecasts. * Support administrative tasks and client coordination. **Required Profile:** * Completed technical or university studies in finance-related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, accounting, or finance. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and negotiate effectively. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Job stability. * Positive organizational climate. * Learning and professional growth opportunities.
