Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in building construction, pavement construction, and sanitation works for projects commencing in May 2026. Key Highlights: 1. On-site engineering residency for large-scale projects 2. Leadership in multifamily and commercial building projects 3. Specialization in pavement construction and sanitation works Required Qualifications: A licensed and registered Civil Engineer with on-site residency experience, minimum 15 years of professional practice, and at least 8 years of experience in similar projects, including: * **Building Construction:** Construction of Mi Vivienda housing units (familiarity with the work sequence required), multifamily buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, educational institutions, etc. * **Pavement Construction:** Earthworks, asphalt paving, sidewalk construction, and related auxiliary works. * **Sanitation Works:** Implementation of potable water networks, sewerage networks, and general sanitation infrastructure.
