We are currently looking for a Billing and Collections Analyst for our Administration and Finance department. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. \- Minimum of 02 years of experience in similar roles involving financial analysis, billing, and collections. \- Knowledge of billing, credit, and collections processes. \- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. \- Intermediate level proficiency in Power BI. \- ERP system experience (SAP B1 desirable). \- Basic knowledge of SUNAT regulations (electronic invoicing, withholdings, credit notes). **Responsibilities:** \- Manage and oversee the complete billing and customer collections process. \- Update and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring reconciliation with the accounting department. \- Design, update, and automate control panels (dashboards) in Power BI or other tools to display key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections, delinquency, portfolio turnover, and goal achievement. \- Prepare and present analytical reports showing collection status per client, trends, and risk analysis. \- Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Operations departments to ensure timely and efficient billing management. \- Proactively follow up with clients having outstanding accounts, ensuring professional and effective communication. \- Participate in designing and implementing process improvements within the department. \- Support activities related to the department. \- Comply with quality management system guidelines.
