Development in food and beverage service. **Position Profile** * Education: High school or equivalent. * Experience: 6 months in food and beverage service. * Skills: Customer service, tray handling, communication, organization, and speed. * Competencies: Versatility, service orientation, teamwork. **General Responsibilities** * Attend to guests ensuring efficient and friendly service. * Operate flexibly across different sales points as required by the hotel. * Specific Responsibilities * Table setup and breakdown. * Taking orders, making suggestions, and upselling. * Food and beverage service in restaurant, bar, pool area, or room service. * Hygienic handling and proper transportation of food. * Processing payments and basic point-of-sale system operation. * Assisting in preparation of simple beverages and coffee. * Reporting needs, complaints, or incidents. * Coordinating with kitchen regarding dish timing. **Areas Where Support Can Be Provided** * Bar (assistance in service and restocking). * Cold kitchen for very basic support tasks (if permitted by policy). * Banquets and events. * Room service.
