Job Information * **Location:** Carabayllo (100% On-site). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Compensation:** S/ 1,800\.00 to S/ 2,000\.00 (depending on experience). * **Benefits:** Enrollment in the General Regime payroll with all statutory benefits from day one. Required Profile * **Education:** Completed or final-cycle technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Age:** 28 to 35 years (preferred). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in accounting systems and office tools (Excel, Google Drive). * **Competencies:** * Excellent attitude, willingness, and drive for self-improvement. * Teamwork skills and dynamism. * Good physical health and energy for filing and administrative tasks. * Punctuality, professional appearance, and high level of confidentiality (position of trust). General Job Responsibilities This role provides shared and direct administrative support to the Accounting and Human Resources department heads, performing the following tasks: * **Accounting Support:** * Recording purchases in the system. * Analyzing financial and supplier accounts (Accounts 10 and 42\). * Supporting and validating business purchases. * Downloading and controlling DUAs and DAMs. * Registering and linking commercial invoices for Kardex control. * Managing, controlling, and reporting on Petty Cash. * Archiving and safeguarding accounting documentation. * **Human Resources Support:** * Assisting in personnel management through maintenance and updating of the digital file. * Drafting employment contracts and addendums. * Organizing and physically managing employee files. * Issuing and distributing pay slips.
