A leading company in poultry genetics and high-quality laying hen commercialization seeks a proactive, organized, and results-oriented **Technical Service Advisor** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide specialized technical advisory services to clients on poultry management, biosecurity, and productivity. * Schedule and conduct technical visits to monitor productive indicators and identify opportunities for improvement. * Train clients on good poultry farming practices, bird handling, and prevention of sanitary risks. * Prepare technical reports, statistical analyses, and productive performance reports. * Manage technical inquiries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution and follow-up. * Develop and update technical documentation related to management, health, and biosecurity. * Monitor poultry industry trends and market needs to contribute to continuous service improvement. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Animal Science Engineering or Veterinary Medicine. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in poultry farming, preferably in Production, Health, Nutrition, or Commercial Technical Service. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness and ability to travel and visit clients. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Profit-sharing bonuses and Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS). * Participation in company profits. * Reimbursement of travel allowances. **At Agropecuaria Vallecito, we evaluate candidates without discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, physical condition, socioeconomic status, or any other characteristic.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
