Identification of trends and alerts in Human Resource Management data Job Objective Design, structure, and manage the Human Resource Management information system by integrating, cleansing, automating, and analyzing data from various sub-areas, to generate reliable reporting, facilitate decision-making, and ensure traceability of departmental indicators. Main Responsibilities Identify, map, and document information sources across all sub-areas (recruitment, payroll, training and development). Design standardized database structures. Harmonize formats, fields, and structures. Build consolidated data models. Design and develop Power BI dashboards. Automate data update workflows (ideally connected to data sources). Develop KPIs for each Human Resource Management sub-area. Ensure traceability of utilized data. Validate consistency between KPIs and actual operations. Identify trends and alerts. Train area leads on information usage and data entry. Standardize data capture formats. Provide dashboard usage support. Requirements **Requirements:** Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Economics, or Administration (with strong analytical focus) Specialization in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or People Analytics 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or People Analytics Experience building dashboards (Power BI mandatory), database handling (advanced Excel; SQL desirable), and data cleaning and structuring in operational or industrial environments. Willingness to reside in Quilmaná–Cañete.
