Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to inspect, supervise, and prepare reports on metal-mechanical processes in the field, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing and field work in mining. 2. Inspection duties and preparation of quality dossiers. 3. Focus on continuous improvement and analytical capability. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the role within the metal-mechanical manufacturing sector. * Certification in Visual Welding Inspection and Penetrant Testing. * Certified field experience in surface mining operations (mandatory). * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare the Quality Dossier for our metal-mechanical product. * Inspect the welding process during on-site fabrication of metal structures. * Conduct on-site Penetrant Testing, Leak Testing, and Bottom Vacuum Testing. * Plan and supervise on-site radiographic testing of our metal-mechanical product. * Prepare test reports and records for Penetrant Testing, Leak Testing, Bottom Vacuum Testing, etc. **Experience** * 2–3 years of experience in industrial or project-based companies. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Process orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * High level of organization, control, and follow-up. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Quick adaptation to digital systems and tools. * Clear and effective communication. * Calm leadership and collaborative teamwork. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Internal training programs. * Positive work environment.
