Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to record, analyze, and control accounting and tax-related information, managing notifications and preparing financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and follow up on tax notifications and requirements 2. Prepare and support Financial Statements 3. Participate in the monthly accounting closing We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the accurate recording, analysis, and control of the company’s accounting and tax-related information. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and follow up on tax notifications and requirements issued by SUNAT or other government entities, coordinating their proper handling. * Perform analysis and reconciliation of the company’s accounting accounts. * Prepare Financial Statements, as well as present and support them before the relevant supervisor. * Prepare and file monthly taxes, Annual Tax Return, and Electronic Books, ensuring compliance with tax obligations. * Analyze and monitor monthly accounting provisions. * Participate in the monthly accounting closing, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Carry out other job-related activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Degree holder or licensed accountant (preferred) in Accounting. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in accounting positions**. * Experience in accounting account analysis, tax filings, and preparation of financial reports. * Proficiency in accounting systems, preferably Concar. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Organization and planning * Leadership and decision-making * Effective communication * Proactivity and professional judgment **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance, Es Salud, mandatory life insurance). * Timely payments. * Career development path. * Pleasant work environment.
