Professional development opportunities. **JOIN OVERLAY AS A COST ENGINEER!** At **Overlay**, we seek to hire a **Cost Engineer** with experience in the real estate and/or construction sectors, focused on cost analysis, budgeting, and tendering, to support cost control and profitability of our projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in similar positions within the **real estate and/or construction sector**. * Experience both in **field operations** and **head office**. * Budget preparation and control / Cost analysis / Tendering processes. * Proficiency in **Excel** (Intermediate/Advanced) / Proficiency in **S10** (Mandatory). * Desired knowledge of cost indicators and budgetary control. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and review project budgets. * Analyze direct and indirect costs. * Participate in proposal development and tendering processes. * Monitor cost control during project execution. * Coordinate with field and technical office teams to ensure project profitability. * Prepare reports and indicators for decision-making. **What We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity to participate in large-scale projects. * Excellent work environment. * Professional development opportunities.
