Job Summary: We are seeking a student or graduate in baking or gastronomy to prepare desserts, produce recipes, and manage ingredient inventory while maintaining order and cleanliness. Work environment that values order and punctuality **Responsibilities:** * Dessert preparation (cakes, creams, cup desserts) * Production following established recipes * Support in maintaining area order and cleanliness * Weighing and controlling ingredients according to recipes * Mise en place (pre-preparation of ingredients) * Basic inventory control of ingredients * Adherence to production timelines **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in baking or gastronomy * Basic knowledge (ovens, creams, doughs) * Organized and able to follow instructions precisely * Responsible and punctual **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Mode: In-person * Compensation: S/1100 – S/1400 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
