Responsibilities: * Advise Banco and its subsidiaries’ users on proper compliance with tax and fiscal obligations. * Manage preparation and submission of annual information declarations (FATCA/CRS, Transfer Pricing, and other similar reports). * Manage and ensure timely responses to information requests related to tax obligations from various regulatory bodies. * Support responses to tax authority audits and inspections. * Manage continuous improvement of processes within the respective scope of responsibility. * Review and analyze source data required for tax obligation compliance. * Participate in automation projects through SDA, assuming roles such as Product Owner (PO) or similar. * Address internal control, internal audit, and/or external audit requirements related to tax obligation compliance. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting. * 3 years of experience in taxation and FATCA/CRS. * At least 1 year of experience in financial institutions. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (desirable). * Agile methodology experience (ceremonies, priority management, organization) is ideal. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and senior management. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
