GENERAL INFORMATION** Company: The Tea Room by TGB Location: Miraflores Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: REMYPE Payroll Compensation: S/ 1,500 per month Schedule: Rotating shifts **2\. WORKING HOURS** Morning shift: 07:30–16:30 Afternoon shift: 12:30–21:30 Variable shifts according to weekly schedule **3\. JOB OBJECTIVE** Supervise the store’s daily operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality customer service. **4\. ROLE DESCRIPTION** The Shift Supervisor leads the operational team during their shift, ensuring efficiency, order, and adherence to standards, acting as the liaison between dining area, bar, and kitchen. **5\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Operational supervision: \- Oversee opening and closing procedures \- Coordinate team activities Team management: \- Assign tasks \- Support team members Customer service: \- Resolve incidents \- Ensure positive customer experience Operational control: \- Monitor orders \- Perform basic cash handling Order and standards: \- Ensure cleanliness \- Supervise hygiene **6\.
