Job Summary: We are seeking a Painting Technician with experience in surface preparation, interior and exterior painting application, defect repair, and tool maintenance, collaborating on renovation projects. We are currently searching for the best talent for the PAINTING TECHNICIAN position. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and primer application. * Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings, structures, and furniture. * Apply painting techniques such as roller, brush, and spray gun according to project requirements. * Repair cracks, holes, and other surface defects on walls and surfaces. * Handle all types of paints, including mixing and coverage calculation. * Ensure quality and uniformity of paint finishes. * Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations during work execution. * Collaborate with other technicians on renovation and maintenance projects. Requirements: * Prior experience in electrical installation and maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical safety regulations. * Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Teamwork, proactivity, and attention to detail. * **Valid driver's license (desirable)** We Offer: * Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm * Market-competitive remuneration * Pleasant working environment Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
