Job Summary: Valtx is seeking a QA Analyst to design, execute, and document tests; validate integrations; perform banking and CRM testing; and manage incidents within a multidisciplinary team. Participate in functional analysis and follow-up with multidisciplinary teams At Valtx — a company with 25 years of experience in the Peruvian market, whose primary objective is to become a strategic partner by delivering technological solutions across all aspects of business processes; developing, implementing, and maintaining business applications and technological infrastructure; and providing consultancy across various transformation processes — we are currently seeking a QA ANALYST \- CERTIFICATION. Core Responsibilities: * Design, execute, and document functional, integration, and regression test cases. * Validate correct integration between microservices and REST APIs, verifying business rules, service contracts, and error handling. * Execute tests on banking processes, including payments, credit disbursements, and financial operations. * Validate data stored in databases using SQL and DB2 queries, and analyze logs to identify and report incidents. * Coordinate and execute tests across different environments (Development, QA, Certification, and Controlled Production), ensuring implementation stability. * Log, track, and validate defect fixes using incident management tools. * Participate in functional analysis meetings, requirement refinement sessions, and follow-up with multidisciplinary teams. * Execute tests on CRM processes, commercial campaigns, offers, and leads, as well as Core Banking BanTotal functionalities where applicable. What qualifications do you need? Education: - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: * 4 years of experience in testing banking or financial projects (payments and credit disbursements). * Experience in CRM, campaign, offer, and lead testing (desirable). Technical Skills: * Projects in the banking or financial sector: payment and credit disbursement processes; CRM, commercial campaign, offer, and lead processes. * Microservice-based architecture. * Microservices and REST APIs; web applications. * Functional, integration, regression, and end\-to\-end testing. * SQL and DB2 for data validation and analysis. * Log analysis and incident traceability. * Handling of distributed environments and test environments. * Test and incident management tools (Jira, Xray). * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Performance testing. Working Conditions: * Hybrid work model in Miraflores. * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
