**Job Objective**
Provide comprehensive support to the company's administrative management, ensuring appropriate document control, asset administration, service management, facility maintenance, and logistical support, thereby guaranteeing the proper functioning of agencies and operational areas.
**Main Job Responsibilities:**
* Receive, classify, register, and distribute physical correspondence from external entities such as the Municipality, MTC, SUTRAN, SUNAT, and SUNAFIL, ensuring receipt stamping and timely delivery to the respective department.
* Administer and maintain up-to-date document control for rental and service contracts across all agencies.
* Supervise, manage, and maintain an updated fixed-asset inventory for the company, ensuring proper usage, control, and registration.
* Administer corporate digital subscriptions, ensuring validity, access control, and renewal management.
* Coordinate and monitor furniture and infrastructure maintenance, recording requests.
* Administer mobile devices and corporate phone lines, managing their allocation, usage control, replacement, incident reporting, and institutional inventory updates.
* Safeguard and administer keys for all agencies, ensuring proper registration, security, and traceability.
* Supervise the updating and control of Wi-Fi passwords, computer credentials, and digital access rights—both for onboarding and offboarding personnel—in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
* Generate and issue new institutional access credentials to authorized personnel, following confirmation of onboarding or offboarding by HR.
* Organize, execute, and supervise agency openings and closures, ensuring installation of furniture, equipment, signage, access systems, and corresponding administrative documentation.
* Supervise and coordinate the proper operation and configuration of ticket printers at agencies and sales points.
* Receive, evaluate, and consolidate cafeteria requirements, managing necessary purchases for institutional supply.
* Verify and maintain an updated certified copy of the company’s legal documents, ensuring validity and availability for administrative, legal, or institutional requirements.
**Academic Qualifications:**
Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
**Experience:**
Minimum two years of experience in administrative functions, document control, or asset management.
**Knowledge Requirements:**
* Administrative management and document control.
* Fixed-asset and inventory management.
* Management of rental and service contracts.
* Proficiency in Excel and administrative record-keeping tools.
* Basic knowledge of logistics processes and facility maintenance.
