Position: Data Analysis Assistant Key Responsibilities: Support data extraction and collection from various sources and departments, initially focused on Finance. Integrate sales, procurement, inventory, and cost information. Prepare and update reports on profitability, margins, and inputs. Participate in margin analysis, product costing, and KPI monitoring. Propose improvements in information visualization and data flow. Candidate Profile: Student in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Basic knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting. Desirable: familiarity with SQL or visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio. Analytical, organized, communicative, and eager to learn.
