Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing inventory, managing suppliers, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring supply chain compliance.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Analyze and monitor inventory movements to ensure stock integrity and availability, preventing stockouts while avoiding physical space overutilization.
* Identify and evaluate new domestic suppliers, negotiating competitive prices to guarantee optimal quality-to-price ratios.
* Optimize logistics processes by evaluating existing workflows and proposing improvements aimed at increasing supply chain efficiency and productivity.
* Propose and implement continuous improvement strategies for logistics processes, aligned with departmental operational objectives.
* Ensure compliance with and proper implementation of established departmental processes.
* Create and modify product codes according to the needs of the Warehouse and Procurement departments.
* Develop and maintain an up-to-date supplier directory.
* Create and maintain a technical data sheet folder per product for internal consultation and control.
* Participate in purchase planning and control, ensuring timely procurement.
* Coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers and verify adherence to agreed terms.
* Coordinate transportation and distribution of materials according to company requirements.
* Comply with established safety, quality, and internal policy guidelines.
**Requirements:**
* Technical Professional or University Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: Two (2) years in this position or similar roles.
* Proficiency in applicable computer software.
* Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency.
