Compliance with hygiene and safety standards. **Job Description:** At **Bleston Soluciones**, we are looking for top talent to join us as a **Cleaning Operative**, providing services to our corporate, commercial, and real estate project clients across multiple locations in Metropolitan Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of corporate offices, sales rooms, pilot departments, and administrative areas. * Rough and fine post\-construction cleaning for delivery of apartments and common areas in residential projects. * Proper handling of cleaning supplies and responsible use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Compliance with workplace hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months verifiable experience in office cleaning, real estate project sales rooms, SMEs, or apartments. * Residency in Lima with easy access to districts in North, Central, East, or South/West Lima. * Valid DNI or Foreigner’s ID Card with formal work permit. * Clean police and criminal records. * Commitment, punctuality, dynamism, and positive customer service attitude. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration under the Special Regime for Small Enterprises (REMYPE) from day one. * All statutory benefits at 50% (bonuses, CTS, and 15 days of vacation). * Health coverage (EsSalud) and Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR Health and Pension). * Timely payments.
