Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive professional with experience in raw material handling, dish preparation, and cleanliness maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive and responsible role in raw material management 2. Preparation of dishes according to established recipes 3. Maintenance of hygiene and disinfection of areas Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of prior experience. * Responsible and proactive attitude. * Receipt, verification, and weighing of incoming raw materials to the area. * Preparation of mise en place. * Daily preparation of inventory records (Kardex). * Generation of supply and raw material requisitions via established communication channels. * Routine cleaning and disinfection of areas, as well as at the end of work activities. * Preparation of dishes according to brand-established recipes. * Preferably reside in areas adjacent to the Los Olivos district.
