Work at an agency specialized in advertising graphic services At **Kinsa Corp**, an agency specialized in providing and manufacturing advertising graphic products and services, we continue to grow and seek responsible, committed individuals with experience operating machinery to join our production team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the **Komori** machine for graphic printing jobs. * Prepare and perform basic machine adjustments according to job specifications. * Verify print quality during the process. * Meet established production deadlines and quality standards. * Perform machine cleaning and basic maintenance. * Verify proper use of materials and supplies. * Report equipment malfunctions or incidents to the supervisor. * Comply with safety and workplace organization procedures in the production area. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. Technical training in **graphic design, printing, or related fields** is preferred. * Minimum **2 years of experience operating offset printing machines or working in graphic workshops**. * Basic knowledge of printing and graphic production processes. * Experience operating a **Komori** machine is preferred. * Availability to work the **night shift**. * Availability to work **in-person in Cercado de Lima**. We Offer: * First 3 months under a service contracting arrangement, with transition to **MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month**. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment.
