Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Assistant for the design, installation, maintenance, and administration of networks, with experience in international logistics and customs procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking of import processes and coordination with suppliers and customs. 2. Administrative support and project planning. 3. Review and control of documentation for field staff and clients. We are a company dedicated to implementing high-level electrical engineering projects. We handle network design, physical and logical installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, certification, and administration of local and external area networks. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **IMPORT ASSISTANT**. **Requirements**: * Graduate or final-year student in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in imports, international logistics, or foreign trade. * Knowledge of import processes and customs documentation. * Basic knowledge of customs regulations and international trade. * Experience in managing and tracking international shipments. * Intermediate proficiency in office software and digital document management. **Responsibilities**: * Tracking import processes until nationalization is completed. * Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. * Monitoring of shipments and customs procedures. * Administrative support for the department. * Assistance in project planning and control. * Sourcing and quotation of materials and tools according to project requirements. * Reviewing, validating, and controlling documentation, and coordinating with field staff and end clients. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits**: * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Daytime working hours. * Positive work environment. **Requirements**: * Minimum education: Technical or University degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Age: between 20 and 35 years. * Residence in Ventanilla, Callao, or nearby areas. * Immediate availability to join.
