Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible bellhop to join our team, providing a warm welcome and luggage assistance to guests. Key Highlights: 1. Warm and professional guest service 2. Respectful communication and proactive service Hotel Continental located in the Historic Center of Lima Requires BELLHOP services, with prior experience in the role, responsibility, proactivity, punctuality, and a Police Background Certificate. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. * Assist with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms. * Provide basic information about hotel services, facilities, and areas. * Maintain an active and attentive attitude while serving guests. * Support cleaning and organization of assigned areas. * Maintain reception areas, entrances, and common zones in good condition and order. * Assist the hotel team with various operational tasks as needed. * Respond to guest requests with kindness, speed, and willingness. * Accurately follow instructions and procedures established by department supervisors. * Maintain respectful and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and superiors. * Willingness to perform other job-related duties as required by hotel needs. **Requirements** * Prior customer service, hospitality, or similar work experience (preferred). * **Intermediate-level English**, capable of conducting basic communication with international guests. * Positive attitude and strong service orientation. * Active, dynamic, and self-motivated individual. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ease of interaction with guests. * Appropriate personal appearance and professional demeanor. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to work. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to receive guidance, learn, and follow established procedures. * Flexibility and availability to support various hotel tasks. * Ability to maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas. **2 Positions Available with the Following Shifts:** **7:00 am\-3:00 pm or 3:00 pm\-11:00 pm**, with one day off.
