Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage personnel files, administer employment contracts, and provide documentary support to the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentary support to the legal department and control of personnel movements At SEGUROC S.A., with over 32 years of experience providing national security, alarm, and safeguarding services, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **Human Resources Analyst** at our main office located in Pueblo Libre. **REQUIREMENTS** \* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Solid knowledge of social benefits calculation and current labor legislation. \* Proficiency in T Registro, AFP Net, and PLAME \* Minimum one year of experience performing duties similar to those described in this notice **RESPONSIBILITIES** **\* M**anage personnel files; register hires and terminations in the ERP and SUNAT systems. * Manage payroll account openings and maintain the employee database up to date. **Prepare and administer employment contracts, addendums, and personnel documents (LBS, CTS, certificates, among others).** * Monitor leaves and permissions, and prepare weekly and monthly personnel movement reports. * Provide documentary support to the legal department and maintain the HR department’s archive organized and up to date. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the department head. **BENEFITS** \* Enrollment in the General Regime payroll system from day one, including statutory benefits \* Monthly salary of S/2,500\.00 \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
