The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, direction, and successful execution of projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, forecasts, deadlines, budget, and all factors related to project success. **Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and lead technological projects. * Identify activities, resources, timelines, and costs for project planning. * Manage project teams and ensure effective communication with internal and external clients. * Monitor project progress and resolve incidents. * Ensure delivery of high-quality projects. **Requirements** * Licensed Electrical Engineering graduate. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading technological and telecommunications projects (Data center, civil works, transfer) as Project Manager, Project Head, or Project Leader. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. * Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems. * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
