Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical workshop activities. Ensures compliance with technical, safety, and service standards while optimizing costs and service turnaround times. Key Responsibilities: \- Plan and supervise daily workshop operations (mechanics, electricity, bodywork, and washing), ensuring timely service delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards. \- Supervise and coordinate workshop technical staff. \- Monitor proper use of tools and equipment. \- Assign daily tasks according to operational priorities. \- Control workshop operational costs (labor, spare parts, external services), ensuring budgetary efficiency. \- Propose improvements. \- Ensure workplace order and cleanliness. Requirements: \- Mechanical Technician qualification. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a workshop supervisor. \- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, panel beating, painting, and operation processes. \- Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Soft skills: Leadership, Achievement Orientation, Commercial Advisory, Customer Service. \- Driver’s Licenses: A\-I Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
