Job Summary: MINGECO INGENIERIA is seeking a Services Supervisor and Coordinator to manage and supervise electrical maintenance activities, prepare reports, and coordinate procurement and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise electrical preventive/corrective maintenance. 2. Prepare reports, quotations, and budgets for work tasks. 3. Coordinate purchases, inventories, orders, and manage supply logistics. **THE COMPANY \-MINGECO INGENIERIA IS SEEKING PERSONNEL TO FILL THE POSITION OF SERVICES SUPERVISOR AND COORDINATOR** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management:** Coordinate and supervise electrical maintenance (preventive/corrective) activities. * Prepare reports, quotations, and budgets for completed work tasks. * Schedule daily assignments for technicians. * Coordinate procurement, inventories, orders, and other related matters. * Manage minor purchases for electrical work supplies. * Prepare periodic activity reports, control costs, manage invoices, and coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding work tasks. * Track invoices and other related documents. **Supervisor Profile:** * **Skills:** Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, organizational ability, conflict mediation, and teamwork. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in tools, intermediate/advanced Excel, Word, and intermediate AutoCAD. * **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in general services, electrical systems, and infrastructure.
