Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and control the construction of multifamily residential buildings, applying Lean Construction and BIM management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead supervision and control of finishes for multifamily construction projects. 2. Apply Lean Construction philosophy and BIM management. 3. Be part of a pleasant work environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience constructing multifamily residential buildings with more than 15 floors, during both structural shell and finishing stages. * Knowledge of Lean Construction philosophy and BIM management. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare weekly and daily work schedules, sizing resources based on optimal productivity, applying Lean Construction principles. * Supervise construction finishes, construction processes, and material specifications. * Prepare daily IP reports for work packages executed by the contractor and subcontractors. * Direct and control finishes in accordance with technical design specifications, material requirements, and approved timelines shown in drawings and descriptive specifications. * Supervise execution in compliance with occupational safety programs, processes, and installations—from commencement of finishing works until project handover per the project schedule. * Execute contingency plans arising during the finishing process, up to project delivery. * Control the finishing construction process, conduct acceptance of completed work, and hand over apartments to supervision and/or client. * Develop technical specifications or reports required by the Resident Engineer for project execution or to address contingencies. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Competitive market-based salary.
