At **Bodyhelp Perú**, a physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation center with locations in Surco and Miraflores, we are seeking a **Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator**, responsible for **managing personnel processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining a positive work environment, and supporting the formalization of internal policies** across our business units (Bodyhelp, Inerze, and Óptica Urban). **Requirements** * Degree or degree candidate in **Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.** * Preferred: diploma or course in **Human Resources Management or Labor Legislation.** * Minimum **2 years’ experience in personnel management or HR coordination.** * Basic knowledge of **MYPE payroll systems, employment contracts, and T-Register.** * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel and digital tools (Google Workspace, Kommo, AgendaPro).** * Experience in **services, healthcare, or fitness companies is desirable.** **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **recruitment, selection, and onboarding** processes for operational and administrative staff. * Supervise **hiring, contract renewals, and terminations**, coordinating with Accounting and Legal departments. * Support the **implementation of internal policies, manuals, and regulations.** * Monitor **attendance, punctuality, and workplace climate**, reporting monthly to management. * Coordinate **ongoing staff training** on service, customer care, and organizational culture. * Support **labor audits and regulatory compliance (SUNAFIL, MYPE).** * Participate in the **planning of incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs.** * Design and execute initiatives that strengthen **organizational culture and internal communication.** **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (in-person) * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (remote or in-person, as needed) **Employment Regime and Conditions** * **Position Type:** Part-Time * **Remuneration:** S/500 – S/1,050 per month (based on experience) * **Regime:** MYPE payroll with corresponding benefits * **Work Location:** Surco / Miraflores **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements, please send your **updated CV** to the email address: **nunezespiritueirl@gmail.com** Subject line: *Human Resources Coordinator – Bodyhelp Perú* Position Type: Part-Time Salary: S/.525.00 – S/.1,050.00 per month Expected Hours: 30 per week Work Location: On-site
