




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to diagnose, repair, and configure equipment, provide technical consultation, manage warranties, collaborate in teams, and lead projects. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment diagnosis and repair (PCs, laptops, monitors) 2. Operating system and software installation and configuration 3. Technical consultation for customers and warranty management **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and repair equipment under warranty (PCs, laptops, monitors). * Install and configure operating systems, software (Microsoft Office, antivirus, Windows 10\), and other applications. * Physically refurbish equipment, including cleaning and replacing damaged components. * Install and maintain computing equipment (laptops, CPUs, monitors), local networks, and peripherals. * Provide technical consultation to customers, both in-person and remotely. * Manage warranties and replace parts. * Collaborate in teams and lead technical support projects. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of software and hardware. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead technical processes. * Experience in technical support and maintenance of computing equipment.
