Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, build, and maintain ETL processes; develop executive and operational reports; implement APIs; automate workflows; and manage DevOps environments. At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** a) ETL Process Design and Development Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes in **AWS Glue (PySpark)** and **SSIS**, extracting data from **Ellucian Banner** into data lakes, data warehouses, or operational databases. Must also optimize load times and resource utilization. b) Executive and Operational Reporting Development Will create reports in **SSRS** and dashboards in **Power BI** to support decision-making across academic, finance, and records areas. Must ensure scheduled and on-demand updates. c) API Implementation for Data Consumption Will develop **REST APIs** using **.NET Entity Framework** and serverless functions with **AWS Lambda**, securely exposing information to external systems or mobile/web applications. d) Workflow Automation and Orchestration Will write scripts in **Bash** and coordinate complex processes using **AWS Step Functions** and **Azure DevOps**, ensuring reliable and monitored execution of ETLs, reports, and APIs. e) DevOps Environment Management and Deployment Will maintain CI/CD pipelines in **Azure DevOps** to automate testing, compilation, and deployment of SQL code, ETLs, reports, and APIs across development, testing, and production environments. f) Monitoring, Alerting, and Performance Optimization Will implement metrics and dashboards in **AWS CloudWatch**, review logs to monitor the status of ETL processes, APIs, and reporting. Will also identify bottlenecks in SQL queries and ETL jobs to propose improvements. g) Technical Support for Analyst Team Will serve as the technical reference point, reviewing SQL stored procedures, ETL jobs, and scripts to validate quality, security, and performance. h) Coordination with Other IT Areas Will collaborate with Infrastructure, Quality, and Security teams to ensure resource availability, permissions, connectivity, and compliance with governance and security policies. i) Time and Activity Management Must track hours spent on projects and support activities, and ensure the team under their supervision does the same. j) SLA Compliance Will take action to meet SLAs regarding data availability, report update frequency, and API response times. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Background * **Graduate or Bachelor’s degree** in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
