Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our team, performing key commercial management functions, tracking objectives, and coordinating sales strategies in a banking environment. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed duration) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Maintain full staffing of promoters. * Provide necessary tools and reports to support Advisors in commercial management. * Conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure achievement of objectives and improve team dispersion and productivity. * Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned objectives. * Coordinate special campaigns with internal support areas and BBVA. * Distribute databases assigned by BBVA. * Keep the team trained and motivated, ensuring the best customer purchasing experience. * Monitor and manage vacation scheduling, commission settlements, payroll slips, invoices, and commission claims. * Control, record, and submit daily sales activity reports. * Monitor and ensure compliance with policies and processes to guarantee sound sales practices. * Propose improvements to processes and products. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and drive continuous improvement of the position.
