Horizontal and dynamic culture. **Customer Service Representative** At El Depa de Rocko, we are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience to our guests and property owners. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills, capable of teamwork and enthusiastic about learning and growing within a dynamic company. **Work Modality**: 100% In-person **Location**: Barranco **Salary**: S/. 1200 **Academic Background:** Technical or university studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months in customer service, operational support, reservation coordination, or administration within the hospitality or service industry. * Basic numerical skills (collections, petty cash, recordkeeping) **Responsibilities:** * Update guest access information, reception contact details, etc. * Handle guest and property owner requests and inquiries via chat. * Coordinate and register additional services requested by guests. * Activate services such as flexible check-in or pet permissions. * Follow up on lost items: storage, return, or communication with the guest. * Record assigned operational documentation (e.g., manuals, checklists, etc.). * Participate in the area’s monthly operational closing. * Maintain constant coordination with the operations team. **What We’re Looking For in You:** * Clear, courteous, and professional written and verbal communication. * Strong customer orientation and a solution-driven attitude. * Organization, punctuality, and adherence to procedures. * Proficiency with basic digital tools (Google Drive, spreadsheets, scheduling systems). * Basic numerical skills (collections, petty cash, recordkeeping) **What We Offer You:** * Working in a young, committed team with a vision of continuous improvement. * Space to propose ideas and grow professionally. * Horizontal and dynamic culture. * Work schedule: **Thursday to Tuesday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm** * Salary: S/. 1200 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
