Join a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position for restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Regulations.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, goal-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 30 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area, storage area, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in your assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen stations: hot station, cold station, grill station. * Carry out other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
