Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Engineer** **S&M Occupational Clinic – Lima** S&M Occupational Clinic is looking for an **OSH Prevention Specialist with commercial skills**, results-oriented, and experienced both in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management and service sales. Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields * Proven experience in OSH (minimum 1 year) * Knowledge of IPERC, risk matrices, training programs, inspections, and current OSH regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Effective communication and goal-oriented mindset * Implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\) * Management of internal and external audits for quality, safety, and environment * Development and updating of IMS documentation (procedures, instructions, forms) * Identification and assessment of operational and environmental risks * Management of performance indicators and continuous improvement (IMS KPIs) * Staff training on IMS standards and procedures * Knowledge of applicable legal regulations in occupational health, safety, and environment **Responsibilities:** * Support OSH documentation management and physical/digital archiving * Maintain control over updated forms and ensure their availability at all sites * Assist in preparing basic compliance reports for procedures * Monitor scheduled corrective and preventive actions * Participate in internal audits by providing logistical and documentary support * Coordinate with HR and Operations for OSH training invitations and attendance * Participate in campaigns promoting quality and safety culture * Collaborate in developing basic compliance indicators (under supervision) * Support periodic review of legal compliance (DIGESA, DIRIS, OSH) * Adhere to policies and guidelines of the integrated management system **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one.
