**Job Profile:** We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. Your mission will be to ensure that our processes and products meet the highest standards of excellence, efficiency, and safety. **1. Responsibilities (Key Functions)** * Design, implement, and maintain quality control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other sector-specific standards). * Manage process control and root cause analysis (RCA) in response to deviations or non-conformities. * Oversee technical documentation and ensure that records in the CRM/ERP system are up to date. * Coordinate with production/development departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN, Six Sigma). * Monitor quality KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports for management. **2. Requirements and Profile** ***Education:*** Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgical, or related fields). ***Experience:*** Minimum 3 years in quality control or assurance roles. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Integrated Management Systems (IMS). * Proficiency in statistical tools and management software (Odoo preferred). * Current occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental regulations. * Soft skills: Attention to detail, analytical ability, assertive communication, results orientation, and leadership. **3.
