We believe technology is the engine—but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to develop, maintain, and optimize critical backend services using Node.js and NestJS on AWS infrastructure, ensuring high-availability consumption of integrations and contingency modules. * You will design and implement AWS infrastructure ensuring security and controlled costs. * You will participate in data synchronization and reconciliation with legacy systems. * You will collaborate on continuous improvement and software performance optimization. **What are we looking for?** *Technical Competencies:* * Backend Development: 3–4+ years of proven experience developing enterprise applications with Node.js and NestJS. * Architecture and Design: Practical application of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton). * Cloud Computing: Advanced proficiency in AWS (ECS Fargate, API Gateway, ALB, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, CloudWatch). * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency in Terraform or AWS CDK. * Databases: Advanced knowledge in designing and optimizing queries for MySQL (RDS), PostgreSQL (Supabase), and Redis / ElastiCache. * Security: Application of Security by Design, least-privilege IAM, Secrets Manager, AWS WAF, and encryption. * Integration and Networking: Solid experience with REST APIs, third-party service consumption, hybrid networks, and Site-to-Site IPsec VPN administration. * CI/CD Tools: Proven experience with advanced Git, Pull Requests, and deployment automation (GitHub Actions / CodePipeline). *Desired Education and Certifications:* * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields. * Experience in the telecommunications sector or in technology modernization projects for legacy systems. * Additional knowledge in Event-Driven Architecture, Supabase, Kong, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes. *Soft Skills:* * Strong analytical ability and capacity to solve complex technical problems. * Rigor in idempotency and data traceability for operationally impactful processes. * Clear and effective technical communication with development, DevOps, and functional teams. * Consistent commitment to code quality, performance, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and optimize backend endpoints and services, ensuring performance and maintainability. * Implement asynchronous synchronization workers and data reconciliation between AWS, Supabase, and on-premise systems. * Define and version all network, compute, and orchestration infrastructure using Terraform/CDK. * Conduct code reviews, apply Clean Code principles, and ensure coverage via unit and integration tests. * Configure system observability using metrics, alarms, dashboards, and centralized logs in CloudWatch. * Monitor and optimize cloud costs (FinOps), identifying over-provisioning and proposing serverless alternatives. * Execute continuous deployments to ECS Fargate, providing technical support during QA, UAT, and Production releases. **Work Conditions and Employment Modality** * Modality: Hybrid work — 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. * Office location: San Isidro, at the intersection of Avenida República de Panamá and Avenida Canaval y Moreyra. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. * Contract: Initial 90-day project (with potential extension based on project progress). **What do we offer?** * Total Flexibility: Hybrid modality adapted to the project. * Real Growth: Career path based on your performance and seniority. * Feedback Culture: Close mentoring and continuous learning. * Impact: Participation in cutting-edge technology projects. * Corporate Benefits: Specialized IT staffing contract. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real experience?** We don’t expect you to be an expert in every tool from day one—but we do expect a solid technical foundation in Node.js, NestJS, and AWS ecosystems, and above all, curiosity and discipline to keep learning.
