Job Summary: The E-Commerce Assistant will ensure the optimal functioning of the company's website and commercial operations, guaranteeing an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the operational functionality of e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Mercado Libre. 2. Monitors website performance and coordinates customer service. 3. Collaborates in the creation and updating of products and web content. We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Assistant for our commercial department. **E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT** Primary mission is to ensure optimal website operation by executing all necessary functions for website development and maintenance, aligning every operational aspect with the defined commercial strategy and delivering a seamless user experience. **REQUIREMENTS** ● Completed university studies in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum 1 year of experience as an intern or assistant in the commercial area; e-commerce experience is preferred. ● Microsoft Office Excel – Intermediate level ● English – Intermediate level ● Knowledge of Marketing Software / SAP ERP / Google Analytics / QlikView (not mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Efficiently supervise and manage customer service cases, including exchanges, returns, warranties, and other related matters, aiming for satisfactory resolution and a positive customer experience. \- Daily monitoring of website performance and functionality, identifying failed transactions, conducting audits, assigning sellers as needed, among others. \- Request and track the process of creating and updating new products, as well as coordinate the editing of required photographs to ensure the quality of associated technical specifications. \- Perform operational tasks on the Magento platform, such as product activation, setting zero prices, coupon management, enabling extended delivery timeframes, and other assigned functions. \- Submit and track web asset requests via ClickUp, and coordinate their upload to the website following review and approval by the analyst or Web Manager. \- Execute operations on the Mercado Libre platform, including product creation in Multivende, handling complaints, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating shipments through Mercado Envíos, and maintaining the company’s reputation on the platform. \- Collaborate on other department-specific requirements. **BENEFITS:** ● Full-time employment contract from day one ● Market-competitive salary ● Workplace: Surco Chacarilla ● Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ● Food allowance card ● Hybrid work arrangement ● Statutory Life Insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your district of residence? * Please indicate your academic degree * Please provide your current phone number * How many years of experience do you have in e-commerce?
