Position Summary: Supervise and manage refrigeration and air conditioning technical services, including scheduling, execution, and report preparation, coordinating with clients and staff. Lead teams and organize technical service activities FECU SAC, a company specializing in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, is seeking a **Technical Service Supervisor**. **Position Mission:** Manage and oversee preventive, corrective, and installation work; expedite task execution timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and coordinate technical staff for service execution. * Supervise and verify the proper execution of tasks. * Prepare technical reports and acceptance certificates corresponding to completed work. * Coordinate with clients for site access. * Submit requisitions to warehouse/logistics. * Collect field information for supplementary work. * Coordinate technical visits to submit material and man-hour requirements for subsequent quotation. * Verify and record the quality of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and equipment, particularly pressure tests, vacuum gauge tests, and leak tests, checking for potential failures during commissioning and operation. * Develop, implement, and monitor a planned preventive maintenance system for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. * Develop preventive maintenance plans for clients' refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor or technical coordinator in commercial and industrial refrigeration companies. * Availability to conduct on-site visits and supervision. * Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. * Leadership skills, ability to organize activities, and capacity to resolve issues promptly. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the **MYPE** payroll system from day one. * **SCTR** and **Life Insurance (Ley)** coverage. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation leave). * Competitive salary aligned with market standards and experience. * Job stability. * Positive working environment. **Working Hours: Monday \- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm** Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience as a Technical Supervisor or Coordinator in commercial and/or industrial refrigeration companies? * In which district do you currently reside?
