Position Summary: Support the coordination of shipment operations and the updating of documentation to ensure reliability and availability of information. Key Highlights: 1. Support in key coordination activities for shipment operations. 2. Updating and archiving of export documentation. 3. Generating information for management and market reports. **Position Mission:** Support coordination with key stakeholders involved in shipment operations and update departmental documentation to contribute to the reliability and availability of required information/documentation. **Responsibilities:** Support coordination with Callao Operations, brokers, shipping lines, contract administrators, and customs agents regarding each shipment operation. Support the physical/digital updating and archiving of all documentation within the Export Department. Support the generation of required information for preparing management and market reports for external and internal customers. Support and monitor the implementation of regularization campaigns, internal projects, and analyses requested by the Commercial Management team. In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to construct, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper mega-project. Toromocho Mining Unit is the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed from inception overseas by a Chinese company. It is located in the district of Morococha, province of Yauli, department of Junín, at an altitude exceeding 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important enterprises within China Copper and CHINALCO’s largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary. Requirements Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or International Business. Intermediate-level English proficiency (mandatory; assessment will be conducted). Advanced-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). Intermediate-level general knowledge of SAP.
