Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, inventory management, and ensure facility safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 2. Repair electrical, plumbing, and furniture issues. 3. Assist in furniture relocation and supervise external technicians. We are searching for the best talent for the GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN position. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. * Repair electrical issues, basic plumbing, furniture, and structural elements. * Carry out painting, finishing, and minor renovation work. * Manage inventories of tools and materials. * Assist in furniture relocation and supervise external technicians. * Ensure facility safety and compliance with regulations. * Respond to emergencies and provide support during events and general tasks. Requirements: * Completed or incomplete technical training in Electricity, Masonry, Plumbing, Mechanics, or related fields. * Experience in various trades such as Drywall, Electrical Work, Painting, Welding, Office Maintenance, etc. (GENERAL SERVICES). * **Valid driver's license (preferred)** We Offer: * Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM * Market-competitive remuneration * Pleasant working environment Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
