Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and process payroll, manage labor payments, perform accounting entries, and support reporting for a legal consultancy. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and processing of payroll, pay slips, and settlement statements. Calculation and management of AFP, ONP, ESSALUD, and other payments related to Peruvian labor legislation. Accounting entry of transactions in the STARSOFT system. Coordination with financial and governmental entities to fulfill tax and labor obligations. Support in preparing monthly accounting and financial reports. Filing and control of accounting and labor documentation. Support in internal or external audits when required. Other duties assigned by the accounting department. Academic Qualifications: Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in payroll and labor benefits administration. Knowledge of AFP, ONP, ESSALUD, and labor tax calculations and payments. Proficiency in the STARSOFT accounting system (mandatory). Knowledge of current labor legislation (preferred). Intermediate-level Excel skills.
