Main Responsibilities: Support in tracking quotations and commercial opportunities. Coordination with clients and internal departments. Updating reports and database. Administrative support to the commercial team. Support in tracking KPIs and documentation. Requirements: Graduates in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3 months of experience in administrative roles. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactivity and eagerness to learn. Desirable: interest in the technology sector and customer service. Availability to work 100% on-site in Surco.
