Position Summary: Argent is seeking a Sample Preparer to ensure the representativeness and traceability of raw material and product samples throughout the refining process. Key Highlights: 1. At Arget, a gold and silver refinery providing services to mining-sector companies, we are seeking committed professionals to join our team as Sample Preparers. Mission: Receive, register, and condition samples of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products from the refining process, ensuring their representativeness and traceability for chemical analysis, in compliance with safety, health, environmental standards, and ISO/IEC 17025. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical and Metallurgical Processes, or related fields. 1 year of experience in similar positions within the mining sector. Knowledge of mineral sample preparation (drying, primary and secondary crushing, quartering, and pulverizing). Knowledge of sample analysis by fire assay. Availability to work on-site in Santa Anita.
