We seek a proactive **marketing intern** eager to learn, contribute ideas, participate in strategies, and grow professionally alongside our team. **Requirements**: * Student, graduate, or studying Marketing, Business Administration and Marketing, or related fields. * **Preferred**: Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. **Work Benefits:** * Excellent continuous training program. * **Base salary: S/800**, with potential for **progressive increases** upon assuming greater responsibilities. * Free access to courses on Artificial Intelligence, CapCut, and digital tools to enhance your professional profile. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments via BCP. **Main Responsibilities:** * Post-sales follow-up with potential customers. * Support in marketing campaign planning and execution. * Social media marketing strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * Social media postings and promotion management. * Analysis of results from implemented strategies. * Customer service to improve service experience. * Campaign registration * Content creation **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. **Location**: Cercado de Lima Salary: S/.800\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
