




Main Responsibilities Propose and produce high-quality visual content for social media. Generate creative ideas for Always On, campaigns, launches, and activations. Identify fashion, lifestyle, and digital content trends, adapting them to the brand’s tone and territory. Design the content strategy, strengthening our marketing team (what, where, when, and for whom). Creatively direct product photography sessions, lookbooks, and lifestyle shoots. Manage social media: posts, scheduling, and coordination with influencers. Analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven optimizations. Curate visual content that reinforces the brand narrative. Coordinate with production and post-production vendors. Requirements University or technical degree in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience creating digital content, managing social media, or executing graphic design for brands (mandatory). Retail and advertising agency experience (highly valued). Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom (mandatory). Knowledge of video editing (Premiere and mobile apps) (mandatory). Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio (mandatory). Use of analytics tools: Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn. Knowledge of photography and video, composition, and art direction (valued).
