Research and reference relevant educational resources At **Roland Print Industries**, we seek a professional who combines technical expertise with pedagogical skills to develop innovative educational content and train teachers in the use of technical equipment. **What will be your purpose?** You will be responsible for designing and developing educational content for a teacher training platform focused on Workforce Education, specifically covering the use and maintenance of technical equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop technical content (summaries, presentations, fact sheets, assignments, etc.) on equipment usage and maintenance. * Create structured educational materials for virtual training platforms. * Deliver virtual training sessions (live or recorded). * Visit production facilities and conduct technical inspections to support content development. * Research and reference relevant educational resources. * Perform other duties related to ICT and Engineering areas. **What are we looking for?** * University graduate or technical professional (degree holder or bachelor's candidate). * Fields of study: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. * Knowledge of technical equipment (electrical, mechanical, CNC, instrumentation, etc.). * Proficiency in office software; familiarity with 2D/3D design software is desirable. * Basic English proficiency. * Prior experience in developing technical content or delivering technical training is desirable. **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site (Magdalena) \+ visits to the Puente Piedra plant. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Contract type: Project-based (HR) Employment type: Full-time Application questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have experience delivering training for Secondary Education or Cetpro institutions? * What is your salary expectation? * Please indicate your district of residence. * Please specify your field of study and academic degree.
