Job Summary: eBIZ seeks a Project Support to assist in project documentation, business case validation, coordination of IT commitments, and project tracking. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Project Support** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university studies in Computer Science, Information Engineering or Systems, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or related roles. * Knowledge of project phase execution under the Scrum framework. * Knowledge of Power BI and intermediate Excel skills. * Desired knowledge of Microsoft BI, Visio, or Project. * Communication skills, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in project survey and documentation. * Assist in validating project business cases and DOC ideas. * Support coordination of status and progress of IT department commitments regarding tickets, committee tasks, and presentation preparation. * Provide support in tracking assigned projects. * Coordinate with clients and support QA testing execution. * Track management templates. * Coordinate with the operations team. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work * Monthly salary * Training opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * On-site work mode * Statutory life insurance If you meet the profile, do not hesitate to apply or refer someone!
