Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to strengthen our brand presence at points of sale, supervising product displays and contributing to sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage new exhibition spaces to enhance brand visibility. 2. Contribute to improving commercial strategies with sales information. 3. Provide training on the product portfolio to the sales force. **We are GAMA ITALY**, an internationally recognized brand in beauty and personal care products. We are currently looking for a **Merchandiser** to help strengthen our brand presence at points of sale and contribute to the growth of our sales. **Responsibilities:** * Visit branches across various sales channels (supermarkets, retail stores, specialists, professional channels, and other clients) in Lima and provinces to verify proper product display. * Supervise that products are correctly displayed, ensuring the area remains organized, clean, and all SKUs are available. * Manage new exhibition spaces at points of sale to enhance brand visibility. * Collect and document sales information regarding our brand and competitors to support improvements in commercial strategies. * Monitor and control product stock at points of sale and report any incidents related to stockouts or shortages. * Distribute and install the brand’s POP materials at assigned points of sale. * Deliver training to clients’ sales forces on the product portfolio, highlighting features, benefits, and usage. * Document visits through photographic reports, activity coverage logs, results, and newly acquired display spaces to measure the impact of actions. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience as a promoter, merchandiser, or in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Valid health certificate for Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to conduct visits in Central Lima. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from Day 1. * Salary of S/1,300 + S/200 transportation allowance. * Ongoing training opportunities.
